The Car Seat Key makes removing your child from their car seat quicker and easier. The Car Seat Key is stored on your car keys so it's easily acessible and safely out of reach from your child.

      The Car Seat Key works on every car seat besides the Evenflo models that have the red half circle release button. We are currently working on a new version that will be compatible.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    • How do I track my order?

      Once your order has processed, you can track its status under the Track Order tab. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Additionally, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

    • When can I expect my order?

      For domestic orders, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 2-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been picked up and scanned by the shipping courier.

      Note: Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO and non USA addresses may take up to 8 weeks.

      We currently ship with USPS, and Canadian Post.

  • Return Policy

    • What is your return policy?

      If you change your mind or simply don't like our products, we will accept your return 30 days from the day you receive your order. Once we receive your return back to our warehouse we will assess the product and then refund your money.  Unfortunately we don't offer prepaid labels for returns, exchanges or change of mind. When sending your order back, please include your name, order number, and a way to contact you inside of the package. We recommend when sending your order back to us using a trackable service as we're not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

      To initiate a return, please fill out our Returns & Faulty Form.

    • What is your Exchange policy?

      Unfortunately we're unable to offer exchanges, however please feel free to return your product/s so we can refund them. That way you can repurchase what you would like on our site.

    • Is there a Product Warranty?

      Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on all our products. 

      If your product is faulty,  please fill out our Returns & Faulty Form so we can get you taken care of.

    • How do I return my order?

      You can initiate a return by simply filling out our Returns & Faulty Form..

    • When will I see my refund?

      Once we receive your return back to our warehouse we will assess the product and then refund your money. After we receive your return to our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be posted to your original method of payment.
